Led a workshop on how AI is reshaping the consumer journey; from browsing and clicks to AI-driven conversations and the rise of the “zero-click” experience. It’s a seismic shift that is already affecting nearly every online business. The discussion was highly engaging, with participants sharing their perspectives on the topic as well as real experiences from their own brands.

Speaking at the University of St. Gallen within the Best Practice in Marketing program. My talk explored how AI is reshaping the consumer journey, from browsing to chatbot conversations. The session uncovered how AI-driven search, recommendations, and conversations are changing how people find information, evaluate options, and interact with brands. Finally I gave suggestions on how marketers should approach this shift.
